Click & Collect


Good news!

If you live locally, we are now accepting Click & Collect orders! Orders can be picked up from any of our four stores.

Please note: orders usually take a few business days to process, but this may be longer during public holidays, weekends, or peak holiday periods. In some cases, items may need to be transferred from our warehouse or another store. If this happens, we will contact you so you’re aware, and you may choose to wait or switch to an alternative product of equal value.

Once your order is ready, simply select the “Pick Up” option in the shipping section at checkout. Your order will then be updated with the no-charge shipping option.

Pickup Instructions

When your Click & Collect order is ready, you will receive a notification alerting you.

To collect your order in-store, please bring:

  • A valid form of identification

  • A copy of your order confirmation

We are unable to release your order without these, to ensure it goes to the correct person.

If someone else will be picking up the order on your behalf, please notify us in advance and ensure they have a copy of the order confirmation for verification.


Click & Collect Terms & Conditions

  • Click & Collect is available at all Nauti & Nice store locations.

  • You will receive an email notification once your order is ready for collection.

  • Orders will be held for up to 30 days from the date of notification.

  • After 30 days, if the order has not been collected, we will send a follow-up email asking you to collect your order within 7 days.

  • If we do not hear from you or your order is not collected within that timeframe, the items will be returned to stock.

  • In this case, we reserve the right under Australian Consumer Law to retain the order value as a holding fee for goods not collected.

If you require additional time to collect your order, you must reply to your Click & Collect email before the 30-day period ends to confirm a new pickup arrangement.


Processing & Availability

  • While we aim to have Click & Collect orders ready quickly, in some cases items may need to be transferred from our warehouse or another store. This can cause slight delays.

  • If an item is not immediately available at your chosen store, we will contact you to let you know.

  • In these cases, you may choose to:

    • Wait until the stock arrives, or

    • Switch the unavailable item for another product of equal value.
