In order to receive a replacement for the product, please fill out the fields below, attach a copy of your receipt which is required for warranty claims and click submit. Once you submit the form, you will receive a confirmation on the next page, which will also be e-mailed to you. If you wish to return the product to one of our seven locations, you will need to contact us prior via email or call the stores. Our email address is firstname.lastname@example.org. Attach a copy of the receipt for proof of purchase and describe the fault and product.
If you send your product back to us, you can mail it without packaging in order to save on shipping costs. Please note though that customers are responsible for shipping costs and we are not responsible for any lost or stolen products.
When we receive the item, your product will be replaced with the same item or similar. Should the product be out of stock or discontinued, we will contact you to let you know what your options are for a replacement.
