Shipping is only available for Australian orders, we do not ship outside Australia. All orders are packed and fulfilled within 1-2 days (excluding public holidays and weekends).

Please allow extra time if your order is made over the weekend as our warehouse is closed. To ensure your order is shipped before the weekend, the cut-off time is 10am Fridays. Any order made after this time until Sunday, will be shipped the next business day. **This also includes click & collect orders.**

STANDARD DELIVERY TIME: Depending on your location, the estimated standard delivery time for Australia Post is:

Express Post - 1-5 business days

Standard - 2-7 business days

**Please note, these delivery times are just an estimate. Rural areas may take longer due to the location. Delays are not counted in these estimates**

TRACKING YOUR ORDER: Once your order has been processed, you will receive a notification with all of your tracking details. 

Delivery of internet orders over the Christmas or holiday periods are limited and may be delayed due to couriers closing down over the Christmas break.

RETURNS: For any returns outside of the brand's warranty period, please email: info@nauti-and-nice.com, call 1800-0-NAUTI or visit one of our Nauti & Nice stores. The product can only be returned within a year from purchasing the product. You must provide a receipt of purchase and a description of the fault. Please note due to hygiene reasons, we only accept returns for items that are faulty or damaged. You can also fill out the form below with any enquiries. The product will be exchanged for a replacement or a store credit will be arranged. We do not accept refunds.

Please note: All battery-operated and rechargeable products are tested prior to leaving the warehouse and stores. We follow the appropriate safety and hygiene measures to handle the product and ensure the product has the required batteries, turns on and charges. 

**Due to the health and safety reasons we cannot offer a refund or exchange on any of the adult toys for 'CHANGE OF MIND'.**
