Fulfilment & Dispatch Times

Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Please note that some products may be shipped directly from our suppliers, which can occasionally extend fulfilment times.

To ensure your order is shipped before the weekend, the cut-off time is 10am Fridays. Any order placed after this time until Sunday will be shipped the following business day. This also applies to Click & Collect orders.

Returns Policy

Due to hygiene and health regulations, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

We only accept returns for items that are faulty or damaged. To request a return, please contact us within 12 months of purchase and provide:

• Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

• A description of the fault
