Nauti & Nice Terms & Conditions

By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Age Requirement

  • You must be 18+ to use our website or purchase products.

2. Using Our Website

  • Use the website only for lawful purposes.

  • Do not copy or distribute content without permission.

  • Do not interfere with the website’s operation.

3. Orders & Payment

  • Orders are subject to availability.

  • Prices and promotions may change without notice.

  • Full payment is required at checkout.

  • Accepted payment methods are listed at checkout.

4. Privacy & Personal Information

  • We collect your personal information to process orders, communicate with you, and improve services.

  • We comply with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and Australian Privacy Principles.

  • We may share information with service providers, dropship suppliers, or as required by law.

  • Automated decisions may affect order processing, and you can request human review.

  • Our services are not directed to children under 18.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • FREE shipping for orders over $150 (Australia only).

  • Orders usually take 2–5 business days to process.

  • Delivery times (Australia Post estimates):

    • Express: 1–5 days

    • Standard: 2–7 days

  • Some items may be sent from dropship suppliers, which can take longer.

  • Tracking information is provided once your order is dispatched.

6. Click & Collect

  • Available at all four stores.

  • Orders are held for 30 days from notification.

  • Follow-up email sent after 30 days for collection within 7 days.

  • Uncollected orders may be returned to stock; we reserve the right to retain the order value under ACL.

  • Items can be transferred between stores if not in stock at your chosen location.

  • Pickup requires valid ID and order confirmation.

  • If someone else picks up, they must have your order confirmation, and you should notify us.

7. Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns accepted only for faulty or damaged items, within 12 months of purchase.

  • Proof of purchase required.

  • Faulty items are replaced or credited; refunds are not provided.

  • No returns for change of mind.

8. Intellectual Property

  • Website content (images, text, logos, trademarks) is owned or licensed by Nauti & Nice.

  • You cannot copy or distribute without permission.

9. Liability

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

  • We are not responsible for delays or failures outside our control.

10. Governing Law

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by NSW, Australia law.

  • Any disputes are subject to NSW courts.

11. Updates

  • These Terms, Privacy, Shipping, and Click & Collect policies may change.

  • The latest version is available on our website.
